We truly hope you and your little ones love your Loket pieces. But if something’s not quite right, we're here to make it better.

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Once received and approved, your return will be issued as store credit to use on your next purchase.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
